An IntroductionThis body of work has been developed for infants and young children, to enhance the growth of neural pathways in the brain, increase sensory acuity and therefore increase the measure of the child's intelligence. Adults who are interested in early childhood development will find unique paintings for the children in their lives. The artwork presented here is not meant to mindlessly decorate the child's room, but to stimulate the least developed area of the newborn's brain: the occipital lobe (located near the back of the head.) The occipital lobe controls vision and visual recognition. Each painting comes with age specific instructions. These instructions are meant to educate the adult on how best to help the child absorb the information placed before him or her.
You will also find a wealth of information about early childhood development, linking you to other companies, institutes and organizations dedicated to stimulating learning in children ages 0 through 7.
